Clevia Marie Fire Thunder

DENVER, COLO. — Clevia Marie Fire Thunder, 43, made her journey to the Spirit World on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at the Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colo.

Clevia Marie Fire Thunder was born on April 19, 1974 in Pine Ridge to Christopher E. Fire Thunder II and Helen Red Feather.

Clevia is survived by her mother, Helen Red Feather of Wounded Knee; children, Precious Fire Thunder of Wounded Knee and Ariana Lundstrom- Munoz of Denver, Colo.; brothers, Clifton Red Feather of Wounded Knee, Antonio Frazier of Kyle, Chris Fire Thunder III and Mahto Fire Thunder both of Rapid City; and sister, Rachel Fire Thunder of Rapid City.

Clevia was preceded in death by her father, Christopher Evans Fire Thunder II; nephew, Isaiah Fire Thunder; grandmother, Pearl Fire Thunder; aunts, Geraldine White Dress and Wanda Siers; uncles, Benjamin Fire Thunder and Ross Red Feather; and cousins, Wallace Little, Jeremy Little, and cousin-brother, Jefferson Red Feather.

A two night wake service started on Monday, January 1, 2018 at the Church of God in Wounded Knee. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the Church of God in Wounded Knee. Traditional Lakota services were held with Ms. Darla Black.
