ALLEN — Daniel Harry Makes Good, 78, made his journey to the Spirit World on April 30, 2016 at his residence in Allen.

Daniel Harry Makes Good was an US Air Force veteran.

Daniel Harry Makes Good was born on July 17, 1937 in Allen to Antoine and Olive (Lamont) Makes Good.

Daniel is survived by his spouse of 55 years, Mercy (Broken Rope) Makes Good of Allen; sons, Stacy and Webbie Makes Good, of Allen; daughters, Rhonda (Tony) Tallman and Elizabeth (Rick) Zuercher, both of Allen and Anna Makes Good (Terry) of Ft. Totten, N.D.; hunka daughters, Carol Janis, Danielle Fast Wolf and Ruby Standing Bear, all of Allen; sisters, Gladys Hawk of Wakpala and Irene Fast Wolf of Allen; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews in South Dakota, North Dakota and Montana.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Antoine and Olive (Lamont) Makes Good; grandson, Patrick Good Soldier; granddaughters, Tracy Makes Good and Michelle Two Hearts; and great-grandson, Cody Good Soldier.

Two night wake service was held May 5 and 6 at the Inestimable Gift Episcopal Church in Allen. Funeral services were held May 7 at the Inestimable Gift Episcopal Church in Allen with The Right Reverend John Tarrant – The Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of S.D. officiating. Burial services are at the Makes Good Family Cemetery in Allen.
