Grand Opening! The He Sapa Resource Center

RAPID CITY –– Join Rural America Initiatives for the Grand Opening of their new He Sapa Resource Center, February 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1602 Mt. View Rd. Suite 102 in Rapid City.

The Ateyapi: Children Giving Back program now offers the American Indian Resource Center for all RAI families as well as Rapid City Community members seeking employment opportunities.

The program is able to provide: A computer center, Job Search, Resume and printing assistance, Assistance with computer programs like Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Publisher, Directory of local employers to help connect individuals to future employment, transportation for appointments to their office if necessary.

The Grand Opening will feature a Frybread 101 Class throughout the day where you can learn a frybread recipe through demonstration.

Please call or email ahead to RSVP and reserve your space in one of the classes. Demonstration times will be: 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m.
