Thank you Richie Richards so much for letting me sit in on your talk this afternoon, I know it was personally enriching and really helped me gain a clearer understanding of why I’m a journalist. You’re right when you say reporters need to do a better job at contextualizing people, and not put them in a characterized bubble as a victim, or a murderer, or something that’s easy to convey. I know that many reporters, myself included, need to do a better job. Thank you!
