PINE RIDGE – Joe Louis Rodriguez was born on November 12, 1981 in Pine Ridge, SD to Joseph Rodriguez, Jr. and Mary Ellen Red Cloud. Joe made his journey to the Spirit World on January 24, 2023 at the Trinity Hospital in Minot, ND.
Joe is survived by his father, Joseph Rodriguez, Jr. of Fort Worth, TX; spouse, Mona Goggleye; daughters, Elysia Rodriguez and Sienna Ten Fingers; sons, Joe Joe Rodriguez, Eric Rodriguez, Keaton Rodriguez, Ryatt Rodriguez, Jayson Looks Twice, Marcius Twiss, and Myles Twiss; goddaughter, Lirianna Rodriguez; siblings, Myrna Rodriguez, Jeannette Rodriguez, Nina Rodriguez, Rosanna Rodriguez, Joseph Rodriguez, Genevieve Rodriguez, Trent Brewer, Calvin Cordova, Marilyn Red Cloud, and Gina Cordova; grandparents, Genevieve Thunder Hawk-Richard, Dave & Kathy Janis, and Florence Janis; and numerous nieces and nephews who he loved very much.
Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ellen Red Cloud; hunka mother, Pamela Red Cloud; grandparents, Joseph Rodriguez, Sr., John Bat Richard, Reno Red Cloud, Sr., Myrna Janis, Mona Janis, Arlene Martin, Poncho Martin, Alfreda Richard-Janis, and Dave Janis; aunts, JoAnn Rodriguez, Jeanette Rodriguez, Charlotte Red Cloud, and Susan Martin; uncles, Ronald Martin, Ben Red Cloud, and Gene George LaDeaux; brothers, Anthony Siqueros and Charlie Dillon; and cousins, Kate Rodriguez, Monica Ramos, Cody Rodriguez, John Richard, Kierra Richard, Alanie Mesteth, and Mary “Sis” Red Cloud.
