Justin is survived by mother, Shirley Red Star-Marshall; father, Joseph Charging Crow; son, Matthew “Mattie” Charging Crow; daughter, Hailey Charging Crow; siblings, Juanita Red Star, Shalaine Bear Runner, Vincent Fast Horse, Shawn Fast Horse, Creighton Tae Charging Crow, and Rondell Samuel Charging Crow; granddaughter, Kaliyah Denny; nieces, Kateri “Curtis” Busse, Quesa Red Star, Shirleah Ferguson, Kanalu Vazquez, Chante Scuya Good Voice Elk, Shanteddy Two Eagle, Sarah Fast Horse, Kymonie Fast Horse, Katie “Hannah” Young, Celice Adoncia Red Star; nephews, Sarge Denny, Raymond Ferguson, Lionel Ferguson, Julio Vazquez, Terrence Good Voice Elk, Lakota Good Voice Elk, Bow James Good Voice Elk, Nefi Lopez, Mosheh Lopez, Marty Mesteth III, Martez Mesteth, Kyan Fast Horse, Shauntae Fast Horse, and Kyrin Fast Horse.
Justin was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Kate Fast Horse and Denise Grace Bear Runner; grandparents, Mary D. Pawnee Leggins-Red Star, Dave Red Star, Daisy Gay, and Samuel Charging Crow; great grandmother, Katie Fools Crow; aunts, Charlotte Charging Crow Rouillard, Barbara Rock, and Weldine Red Star; uncle, Cameron Red Star; nephew, Micah Fast Horse; and cousin, Bryant Rouillard.
