I was told several years ago by an (unnamed) RC cop that they were working on a serial killer angle. They followed him from city to city by his MO, but couldn’t figure out who he (she) is. That explains the time lapses between series of killings. He would kill some here, then move to other cities, doing the same thing, then come back here. Is there anything more evil than a serial killer???
